Watch One Republic & Toni Cornell’s Tribute to Chris Cornell and Chester Bennington
Linkin Park were slated to play Good Morning America’s Summer Concert Series on August 4th, but we all know that everything changed when Chester Bennington died from suicide on July 20th. One Republic stepped in as performers and they honored Linkin Park’s lead singer as well as Chris Cornell, who also died from suicide some weeks ago with a very special tribute. The band performed the song “Hallelujah” together with Cornell’s daughter Toni Cornell. Watch the emotional performance below:
