Bear Hands Share New Songs, ‘Blue Lips’ And ‘Ignoring The Truth’

Indie rock band Bear Hands is back with new music! This morning the band debuted two new songs, “Blue Lips” featuring Ursula Rose and “Ignoring the Truth.” Listen to them below.

Speaking about “Blue Lips” singer Dylan Rau said  “The song is about listening to someone’s problems over and over and over until you die and your lips turn blue. Excuses, promises, optimism crashing on the rocks of reality and getting bored with someone’s shtick and hanging up on them.”

So far, there’s no word on whether the songs will appear on a new album. Bear Hands released their third LP, You’ll Pay For This, in 2016. Last year, the band released the stand alone single “Backseat Driver (Spirit Guide).

Bear Hands will also hit the road with Walk the Moon later this month. The trek starts January 23 in Louisville, Kentucky and wraps up February 17 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Tickets are on sale now. Check out all the dates here.
