Blaqk Audio Announce New Album ‘Trop d’amour’

Blaqk Audio have announced their new album Trop d’amour, out September 16th.

Though we don’t have many more details about the album, which translates to “too much love,” the band offered a preview of the upcoming release with their new single “Cowboy Nights.” The music video, directed Adam Mason, features AFI’s Davey Havok and Jade Puget performing the track while caked in neon fluorescent makeup as if ready for an eerie rave.

Check out the video below.

“Cowboy Nights” will be released on black/grey swirl vinyl with b-side “The One Who Turns Out the Light.” Pre-order the seven-inch here. The new album, Trop d’amour, can be pre-saved here.

Prior to the album announcement, Blaqk Audio shared a new song dubbed “Blue Cherry.” The duo’s last studio album was 2020’s Beneath the Black Palms. Back in May, the two performed a set at Cruel World Fest in Pasadena, California.
