Bullet For My Valentine is teasing something big.
Earlier today, the band posted a brief video on their social media showing off what appears to be their new logo while snippets of past songs like “No Way Out” play in the background. The clip ends with “June 18.” The band’s Twitter profile picture and banner have also been updated hinting at the start of the next era.

Recently, the band have been teasing their follow up to 2018’s Gravity by sharing brief studio updates. During a 2020 interview on Doc Coyle’s podcast, guitarist Michael Paget spoke about the next album saying ”
We’re, I’d say, 85 percent [finished with] writing. We did a bunch last year. Obviously, we did f*** all this year. Matt’s [Tuck] been down the last few weeks, down at my place, up in the garage, in the studio, so we’ve been demoing.”
He said of the musical direction, “It’s heavy as f*** – it’s, like, the heaviest Bullet stuff you’ve ever heard, which is cool.” He added, “It’s just we need to get out of this [pandemic] situation we’re in so that music carries on and we can put on shows again. Same as everybody else that’s in the same situation.”
Bullet For My Valentine will headline Download Pilot festival this Friday, June 18th alongside Enter Shikari and Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes. Download Pilot goes down June 18th-20th at Donington Park. Tickets are on sale now.
