Dave Grohl And Greg Kurstin Share Cover Of Peaches’ ‘Fuck The Pain Away’

Dave Grohl and Greg Kurstin continue their Hanukkah series with their cover of Peaches’ “Fuck the Pain Away.” Peaches herself joins in midway through the song to sing along with Grohl.

Writing on the Foo Fighters‘ Twitter account, Grohl and Kurstin said “Drake’s not the only musical Jew from Canada…tonight we feature a Canadian rock G-Dess…who coincidentally grew up around the corner from a Canadian Jewish rock G-D (G-ddy Lee). Straight out the mikvah, here.”

Check out the cover below.

This is the fourth installment of The Hanukkah Sessions! Over the weekend, Grohl and Kurstin covered Drake’s “Hotline Bling” and Mountain’s “Mississippi Queen.” The series kicked off Thursday night (Dec. 10) with Beastie Boys’ “Sabotage.”

Stay tuned for the fifth installment later tonight.
