Depeche Mode Announce New Single ‘Ghosts Again’

Last week, Depeche Mode launched a cryptic teaser on their website counting down to today (Feb. 3). When the clock hit zero it revealed…another countdown clock. Instead of dropping their new single as many fans hoped, the band have announced the release of their next single “Ghosts Again” out February 9th.

The band announced the song via social media along with what is presumably the album artwork with the caption: “‘Ghosts Again’, the first single off Depeche Mode’s next album ‘Memento Mori’, comes out February 9th, 2023. Set your clocks for Feb 9, 6:00 PM CET / 5:00 PM GMT / 11:00 AM ET / 8:00 AM PT.”

The post also includes photos of posted billboards featuring the album artwork around the world.

Check out the post below and set your clocks (again).

The song is the first single from their upcoming album Memento Mori, which is due out on March 24th via Columbia and Mute.

In support of the new album, Depeche Mode will embark on a world tour. Check out those dates here.
