Foo Fighters Tease New Song ‘No Son Of Mine’

The Foo Fighters are giving us a New Year’s Eve treat with the release of their next single “No Son of Mine.”

The band posted on Twitter that the new song will be released at midnight on New Year’s Eve. They also give us a taste of the song. Based on the teaser, it sounds like it’s going to be another hard rock anthem for the band.

Listen to it below.

Previously, the band shared “Shame Shame,” the lead single from their upcoming album Medicine at Midnight. The album, which features nine songs produced by the Foo Fighters and Greg Kurstin, will drop on February 5th, 2021.

Meanwhile, frontman Dave Grohl has praised the passing of the $15 billion Save Our Stages Act, which will help independent theaters and venues around the country.

“A huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported the Save Our Stages Act,” Grohl wrote on Foo Fighters’ Twitter account late Monday.

“The preservation of America’s smaller, independent venues is not only crucial to the millions of concert goers whose lives are bettered by experiencing their favorite artists in the flesh,” the rock frontman continued, “but to the future of music itself, as it gives the next generation of young musicians a place to cut their teeth, hone their craft, and grow into the voices of tomorrow.”
