Billie Joe Armstrong, Eddie Vedder, Sir Paul McCartney And More Join Global Citizen’s Coronavirus Benefit

Global Citizen has announced a new special to help combat the coronavirus pandemic and they’ve enlisted the help of some major musicians.

The line up for the One World: Together at Home special includes Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong, Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder, Lady Gaga, Sir Paul McCartney, John Legend, Billie Eilish, and more.

The event finds Global Citizen partnering with the World Health Organization, with ABC, NBC, Viacom CBS Networks, iHeart Media and Canada’s Bell Media networks all set to air the special, which premieres Saturday, April 18th at 8PM ET and 5PM PT. The show will also screen on beIN Media Group, MultiChoice Group and RTE internationally.

The virtual broadcast will raise money to help health care workers who are working hard to fight back against the coronavirus.
