Green Day Reveal 2024 Tour With Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid, And The Linda Lindas
There are big things happening in the Green Day camp. The band recently revealed plans to tour next year with Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid, and The Linda Lindas.
Green Day dropped the news during their sold-out club show at the Fremont Country Club in Las Vegas.
“I have a big announcement. It’s really big. Get your cameras ready,” frontman Billie Joe Armstrong. “Big announcement: We’re doing a big tour next year. It’s gonna be Green Day, Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid, The Linda Lindas,” he said.
Though details about the tour haven’t yet been released, fans attending the show received fliers teasing the 2024 outing.
Additionally, the band debuted their new single “The American Dream Is Killing Me,” which they’ve been teasing on their social media for the past few weeks. On top of that, the night saw them playing every song from their seminal album Dookie, which turns 30 in 2024.

Green Day will seemingly release their new single “The American Dream Is Killing Me” on Tuesday, October 24th. The band will also appear on Amazon Music Live for a special performance on Thursday, October 26th.
