Green Day Reveal Rescheduled European And UK Hella Mega Dates
Green Day, Fall Out Boy, and Weezer have announced the rescheduled dates for the European/UK leg of the Hella Mega Tour.
Originally set to kick off mid-June in Paris, the tour will now launch June 9th, 2021 in Vienna, Austria and wrap up in Dublin, Ireland on June 30th, 2021. The shows will remain at the same venues. Those unable to make the new dates will be able to request a refund. Check out the full list of rescheduled dates below.
The bands postponed the European/UK leg of the tour last month due to COVID-19.
“There’s nothing that makes our bands happier than playing shows, and maybe no other tour that we’ve all been this excited for, but due to the current health crisis, we’re having to postpone a number of our European shows,” their original statement reads. “We’re just as disappointed as you are, but the safety of our fans, staff and touring crew is our top priority. We’re working hard to finalize dates for the rescheduled shows next summer, so hold on to those tickets. Keep rocking…safely….at home.”
Recently, Green Day, Fall Out Boy, and Weezer were forced to postpone the North American dates of the Hella Mega Tour due to the ongoing pandemic. So far, the new dates haven’t been announced.
