Green Day Postpone UK/European Hella Mega Tour To 2022
UK/European dates for Hella Mega Tour featuring Green Day, Weezer, and Fall Out Boy has been postponed. The tour is now scheduled to launch in 2022.
The tour will now start June 19th, 2022 in Vienna, Austria and wrap up in July 2022 in Paris, France.
A joint statement from the bands reads: “Europe + UK – this past year has been chaotic to say the very least, and while we hoped we’d be able to make the Hella Mega Tour a reality for you this summer, COVID had other plans.
“With that being said, your shows will now be happening in 2022. Your tickets are good for the new dates, so make sure you hold onto them!”
While overseas dates have been rescheduled, it sounds like the US tour is still moving forward this year.
“And for all of you in the U.S., we’re still planning on coming to see you this summer!”’
Check out the rescheduled UK/European dates below.
