Listen: Cage the Elephant Share New Song ‘House Of Glass’

Cage the Elephant have shared another song from their upcoming album, Social Cues, out April 19th via RCA.

“House of Glass” is a menacing track that finds frontman Matt Shultz singing lines like “it’s an illusion/this admiration of mutilation/my isolation/ it’s an illusion” in a low growl devoid of emotion. It captures the character of a “soft-spoken murderer,” that Shultz created during the recording process. Watch the lyric video below.

Cage the Elephant are set to hit the road this summer on a co-headlining tour with Beck and Spoon. The Night Running summer tour kicks off July 11th in Ridgefield, Washington and will hit major cities like Las Vegas, Dallas, Chicago, and New York. The tour concludes August 30th in West Palm Beach, Florida. Tickets are on sale now.

Previously, Cage the Elephant shared “Ready to Let Go,” the lead single from Social Cues. Pre-order a copy of the album here.
