Listen: Halfnoise Shares New Single ‘Who Could You Be’

Nashville’s Halfnoise, the creative outlet of musician and producer Zac Farro, has shared the new single “Who Could You Be” via Congrats Records. Listen to it below.

Speaking about the song in a press release, Farro says “There are very few moments in life where it feels like lightning strikes you and you cannot do anything besides react. ‘Who Could You Be’ was a lighting moment. Daniel our keyboard player and I went up to my studio in my house and I told him I had a riff, 4 hours later we had the song finished, music, lyrics and all. It all stems from initial reaction.”

The song comes ahead of a string of headline dates in New York, Los Angeles, and Nashville. Halfnoise will also play various festivals this summer, including BottleRock, Bunbury, Firefly, Electric Forest, Live At Leeds (UK), Hit The North (UK), and Eastbound (Dublin). Check out all their tour dates below.

In addition to the tour, Farro is preparing for the launch of his first photo book, In Transit, which documents his travels with Paramore, Halfnoise and more. He will be holding a launch party at the Kinfolk Space in Brooklyn, New York on March 28th. Visitors will be able to view a gallery with work from Zac, Josh Goleman, Phoenix Johnson, and Sophia Ragomo and will be treated to a DJ set from Halfnoise.
