Listen to Jack White’s Groovy New Song ‘Corporation’

Jack White gives us another taste of his upcoming album Boarding House Reach with the funk-laden “Corporation.” The mostly instrumental track puts White’s shredding skills on display, while congas, fuzzy guitars, and random shouts fill out the rest of the groovy track. Near the end, White provides a spoken word break where he says: “I’m thinkin’ about startin’ a corporation; who’s with me?/ Nowadays, that’s how you get adulation/ Who wants to start a corporation?/ I’m thinkin’ about takin’ it all the way to the top; who’s with me?” Check out the song below.

This is the third song White has shared from his upcoming album Boarding House Reach, which comes out March 23. He previously shared the lead single “Connected by Love” and “Respect Commander.” An exclusive version of the new album will be available through Third Man Vault’s subscription service. This limited edition version includes a blue and black swirl vinyl, alternate artwork, and a two-song 7-inch-single featuring demo versions of “Connected by Love” and “Why Walk a Dog?”

In support of the new LP, White will hit the road for a 2018 tour. Shows kick off April 19 in Detroit, MI and wraps up August 23 in Las Vegas. See all the dates here.
