Lollapalooza Reveals 2018 Lineup Featuring Bruno Mars, Jack White, And Arctic Monkeys
It’s finally here! After a day of teasing, Lollapalooza has officially released their lineup for 2018 and it features some major acts. Headlining this year’s event is Jack White, The Weeknd, Bruno Mars, and Arctic Monkeys.
Other notable acts included on the bill are Portugal. The Man, Vampire Weekend, The National, St. Vincent, Franz Ferdinand, Walk the Moon, LL Cool J, Pale Waves, Bebe Rexha, Camila Cabello, and Brockhampton to name a few.
The four-day festival takes place in Chicago’s Grant Park August 2 – 5. Four-day general admission tickets are on sale now. Single day tickets go on sale once four-day passes are sold out. To buy tickets and to see the entire lineup, check out the Lollapalooza website.
A day prior to announcing the lineup, Lollapalooza set up a “Lollatrain” on the Chicago Orange Line that played songs from artists later revealed to be on the bill. For the first time in years, ticket sales seem to be slow as general admission passes are still available; normally they sell out within the hour. Many are pointing to the festival’s high cost (nearly $400) and last year’s lackluster lineup as the reason behind the decrease in sales.
