Ministry Teases Announcement With Countdown Clock

Ministry are up to something, we just don’t know what yet. The band recently launched a countdown clock on their website that is scheduled to end Friday, April 24th at 8:00 a.m. PT / 11:00 a.m. ET.

While we don’t know what they’re teasing it could very well be a new album. Frontman Al Jourgensen recently revealed the band were using quarantine to work on a new record.

“Until further notice…we’ll be quarantined in the studio making a new record,” wrote the band on Twitter along with a series of hashtags including, “#InTheStudio #Quarantine #StayTuned.”

Is this what the band is teasing? We’ll just have to wait until Friday to find out.

Ministry’s latest album, AmeriKKKant, came out in 2018. The band currently has a summer tour booked with KMFDM and Front Line Assembly. The trek starts July 1st in Seattle, Washington. Check out all the dates below.
