Ministry Announce Album And North American Tour

They said it wouldn’t happen, yet here we are. Ministry will celebrate their early synth-pop days with a new album and a spring North American tour.

The Squirrely Years Revisited album features 12 reworked versions of classics like “Everday Is Halloween,” “Work For Love,” “Revenge,” “All Day,” and “Over the Shoulder.”

“Since I hated my early stuff for decades, I decided to take ownership of it and do it right,” said frontman Al Jourgensen via a press release.

The album comes out on March 28th. New music videos for certain tracks will be released soon. Pre-orders can be found here.

Additionally, the band have mapped out a Spring tour where they’ll perform songs from early Ministry albums With Sympathy and Twitch, similar to their Cruel World festival set from last year. Nitzer Ebb and My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult will support select shows, while Die Krupps will play all shows.

The tour kicks off on April 29th in Phoenix, Arizona, and wraps up on June 5th in Las Vegas. A Live Nation pre-sale for select dates starts on Wednesday, February 12th. General ticket sales start Friday, February 14th at 10 AM local time. See all the dates below.
