Nine Inch Nails To Record New Music And Tour Next Year
Nine Inch Nails will return next year with a new album. In a new interview with Revolver, Trent Reznor revealed the band is planning to record new music and go on tour next year.
Featured on the January 2020 cover of Revolver, Reznor chats with the magazine about his recent soundtrack work with Atticus Ross and what’s coming up for Nine Inch Nails.
“But Nine Inch Nails is not forgotten,” the interview reads. “The band recently released the definitive edition of its 2005 album With Teeth, and in 2020, Reznor and Ross plan to take the group back out on tour, as well as record new music.”
No other details have been revealed, but hopefully, we won’t have to wait that long for new music from the group.
Recently, Nine Inch Nails released the third installment of their score for The Watchmen TV series. Title Vol. 3, the physical edition is filled with in-jokes, clues, and Easter Eggs for Nine Inch Nails and Watchmen fans. The album is actually presented at a new album called The Manhattan Project from “The Nine Inch Nails,” a fictional version of the band that exists within the Watchmen universe.
