Pale Waves Return With ‘Change,’ Announce New Album

Pale Waves return with their new single “Change” from their upcoming album, Who Am I? out February 12th via Dirty Hit.

“Change” is described as a catchy guitar track made up of stories of heartbreak  from frontwoman Heather Baron-Gracie’s friends, reflecting the different moods and emotions that we all go through.” The song premiered earlier today on BBC Radio 1 as Annie Mac’s Hottest Record in the World.

The band recorded the album in Los Angeles with Rich Costey before lockdown forced them to finish the album from the safety of their own homes. Who Am I? represents Pale Waves’ manifesto, to inspire inclusivity, self-discovery, and the notion of being whoever you want to be. On the making of the album, Baron-Gracie says “for me, music and art is for people not to feel so alone and isolated. I want to be that person my fans look up to and find comfort in.”
