Slipknot Unleash ‘The Chapeltown Rag’ Music Video

Slipknot have released the music video for their latest single “The Chapeltown Rag.

Directed by the band’s own Shawn “Clown” Crahan, the performance clip shows why Slipknot puts on one of the best shows using footage from their tour last year. Plus, we get some closeups of Corey Taylor‘s gruesome new mask.

Recently, Taylor revealed that Slipknot’s next album is done and is in the final mixing stages and is expected to drop later this year.

“Everything is finished, so it’s just being mixed right now, which is rad news,” Taylor confirmed earlier this month. “So it’s probably gonna take… I think it’s probably gonna be another three months [before it is released].

“The artwork’s done. We just came up with the title. I’m not gonna tell you it right now. But we’re really stoked. So hopefully three months from now – well, less than that – we’ll get the single out, and then three months from now we’ll get the album out.”

Slipknot will embark on the first leg of the 2022 edition of their Knotfest Roadshow alongside Jinjer and In this Moment starting in March. The second leg kicks off in May and features Ho99o9 and Cypress Hill. Check out those dates here.
