State Champs Unveil New Single ‘Common Sense’

State Champs go “darker and heavier” on new single “Common Sense.” The song arrives before the band hits the road with A Day To Remember and Yellowcard later this month.

Speaking about the song, the band says it “brings out a slightly darker and heavier side to us while keeping the Champs integrity strong. Lyrically, it’s about completely investing yourself in someone while also being naive to the fact that you never had anything in common to begin with.”

State Champs will join A Day to Remember and Yellowcard for select dates starting September 5th in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. They’ll also appear at Louder Than Life in Louisville, Kentucky, and Sacramento’s Aftershock Festival. They’ll end the year with a UK tour in December. See all their dates here.
