The Hives Announce Fall North American Tour
The Hives have announced a fall North American tour in support of their upcoming album The Death of Randy Fitzsimmons.
The North American leg kicks off October 30th in Brooklyn, New York and wraps up November 14th in Los Angeles. Tickets go on sale Friday, May 19th at 10 AM local time. A Live Nation pre-sale starts Wednesday, May 17th. See all the dates below.

The Hives’ new album, The Death of Randy Fitzsimmons, drops August 11th marking their first new album in over a decade. The album’s origin story stems from the band not hearing from the titular character – the “founder, mentor, and songwriter” who started the band 30 years ago – since they released their last album 2012’s Lex Hives.
Recently, they discovered an obituary that led them to Fitzsimmons’ tombstone. But as they dig up the grave, they find demo tapes and a piece of paper plotting The Death of Randy Fitzsimmons.
