Ultra Q have new music on the horizon. The band took to social media to announce their second single “VR Sex” will drop on January 31st.

“VR Sex” will be the follow-up to the previously released single “I Watched Them Go,” dubbed the band’s first “pop song” according to Jakob Armstrong. “At the same time though I think that it represents everything that UQ is supposed to be. It’s catchy, it’s outrageous, it’s beautiful, but it lands just enough in left field to be unexpected for our fans. We think this is the perfect single because while it’s definitely extreme, it’ll find a home in our fans. Both old and new.”

Ultra Q’s latest EP Get Yourself a Friend was released in 2021.
