Hear Ville Valo’s New Song ‘Loveletting’
After sharing a brief teaser earlier this week, HIM’s Ville Valo has shared his new single “Loveletting” taken from his forthcoming debut album, Neon Noir.
It’s easy to make comparisons to HIM, but the new track does sound like a cut from their final album, Tears On Tape, albeit a less heavy version of HIM. The accompanying video, directed by Kim Koponen, is somewhat strange. It finds Valo encountering and befriending a sheep, but with scenes of the two enjoying dinner together and Valo looking longingly at the black sheep, you start to wonder if the sheep is Valo’s true love interest.

Valo’s debut album, Neon Noir, is for release in early 2023. Valo has also booked an extensive European and U.S tour for next year. starting in January. Check out all the dates below.
