Waterparks Release Colorful ‘Numb’ Music Video

Days after Waterparks debuted “Numb” the trio returns with the song’s colorful music video.

The video features the band performing in a colorful space as their energy builds up and threatens to break free. Soon, the band find themselves in the middle of a violent storm before ending on a serene blue sky.

Talking about the video with Alternative Press, frontman Awsten Knight said:

“‘Numb’ is straight energy the whole time, and I wanted the video to reflect that. I personally wanted to be the fast-paced ‘thing’ happening in the video. Then by the outro, I wanted a complete energy shift and my role and the room’s role switch places and the chaos transfers from me to the outside environment. The song itself feels like it gets ripped open by the end. I wanted the outro to be the complete inverse to the rest of the video without just hitting control lol. Anyway, enjoy. Also please help me perpetuate the Coldplay rumors, thanks.”

“Numb” follows previously released singles “Lowkey as Hell” and “Snow Globe.”

Waterparks will release their new album, Greatest Hits, May 21st. Pre-orders available here.
