House Of Protection drop new single ‘Learn to Forget’

House Of Protection unleash new single Learn To Forget, announce debut London show

House Of Protection, made up of former FEVER 333 members Aric Improta and Stephen Harrison, have shared their second single “Learn to Forget.” The duo say the track, once again produced by Jordan Fish, is “very close to home for us as musicians.”

“The pace, the riffs, the drum fills, it all leans towards music we grew up playing,” House Of Protection explain. “We wanted to find a way to keep that in our sound, but not be limited by it. Jordan was really good about finding ways to take that energy and blend it with the production aesthetic we used on the other tracks. It’s definitely one we look forward to playing live.”

Halestorm and I Prevail team up for new song ‘can u see me in the dark?’

HALESTORM and I PREVAIL team up for brand new single 'can u see me in the dark?' - FOREVER LOUD

Ahead of their co-headlining tour, Halestorm and I Prevail have shared their new collaborative single ‘can u see me in the dark?’

“We’re excited to finally have a song come out,” said I Prevails’ Eric Vanlerberghe. “It was a fun challenge to blend the Halestorm and I Prevail sounds together. We really focused on creating a music bed that felt very much I Prevail and letting Lzzy just shine and do what she does best. I feel we found a very sick way to blend the two identities of our bands into one massive song. I’m really looking forward to this tour and possibly playing this song live together for everyone.”

“In celebration of our upcoming tour together, we joined forces with the boys of I Prevail and wrote an original song together,” said Halestorm’s Lzzy Hale. “‘can u see me in the dark?’ is written for our collective fan bases, our community, our family. We want you to know that you are seen and you are not alone shining through life’s myriad of joy and pain. We can’t wait to feast our eyes on you this summer!”

Destroy Boys announce new album ‘Funeral Soundtrack #4’

Destroy Boys announce new album, Funeral Soundtrack #4

After teasing fans with cryptic messages, Destroy Boys have announced their new album, Funeral Soundtrack #4, out August 9th via Hopeless Records.

“Looking back, our first three albums marked the deaths of things,” explains guitarist Violet Mayugba. “They were soundtracks to our funerals, whether they were for our ages or our mental states. We’ve gone through a lot of changes as a band and as people.

“The first one was our high school album. On the second record, we went to college and were saying goodbye to our childhood. On the third one, we’d just gone through COVID and, speaking for myself, I lost my entire sense of self and gained a new one.”

The band also shared the video for their new single “Boyfeel.” Watch it below.
