You Me At Six share massive new single, heartLESS

You Me At Six have given us another taste of their upcoming eighth album Truth Decay with new single “heartLESS.”

Frontman Josh Franceschi explains that it’s ““a song we’ve been sitting on for years knowing it would always come out. It’s a song about feeling insecure and yet accepting of whatever may come. I wrote this song about someone close to me in the middle ground of a break-up and falling in love.”

Listen to the new song below.

Truth Decay comes out January 27th via Underdog Records/AWAL Recordings. Pre-orders can be found here.

Former Evey Time I Die frontman Keith Buckley reveals new heavy band

Former Every Time I Die frontman Keith Buckley has a heavy new band

Former Every Time I Die frontman Keith Buckley has teased he’s been working on his own project since the band split earlier this year.

Buckley revealed on Twitter that he’s been recording songs with a new band for the past few months and states that “the new music has never been heavier.”

“It’s heartbreaking not having TIDmas to look forward to, but looking beyond the Holidays I can promise you’ll see me again in 2023. I’ve been recording songs with a new band since September and the new music has never been heavier. See you in the pit.”

In a follow-up tweet, Buckley confirmed that he was not referring to The Damned Things, his rock supergroup with Dan Andriano, Scott Ian, Joe Trohman, and Andy Hurley. Seems like new music from Buckley’s new band isn’t that far off.

Weezer share heartwarming new single ‘I Want a Dog’

Listen to Weezer’s sweet new song, I Want A Dog

Weezer have shared their sweet new single “I Want a Dog” from their final seasonal EP of 2022.

The song features Rivers Cuomo crooning about all the reasons he wants a furry companion, which includes cuddles, playing fetch, and seeing its playful smile when he comes home. It’s a wholesome anthem for anyone wishing for a dog this holiday season.

Weezer will release SZNZ: Winter on December 21st.

Dave Grohl records star-studded Hanukkah Sessions live show

Grammys 2022: Dave Grohl on Foo Fighters, Bee Gees Cover Album – Rolling Stone

For the past couple of years, Dave Grohl has teamed up with producer Greg Kurstin for their Hanukkah Sessions cover series. Now, it seems like we might be getting a live version.

Last week, Dave Grohl invited a star-studded cast, including Tenacious D, Pink, and Beck, to perform a covers set at Los Angeles’ intimate Largo venue for 250 lucky attendees to raise money for the Anti-Defamation League.

Variety reports “it certainly seemed as if the show was being recorded to be released as this year’s Hannukah Sessions video series.” Hopefully, this is one holiday wish that comes true.
