YUNGBLUD And WILLOW Team Up For New Song ‘Memories’

YUNGBLUD and WILLOW have teamed up for a new collab dubbed “Memories.”

The idea for the two to work together came up last year when WILLOW was a guest on THE YUNGBLUD podcast. The two then entered the studio late last year to record new music and now we finally know what they were working on.

“This song is about letting go of past traumas you may have experienced and voicing them to the world,” said YUNGBLUD in a statement. “There’s something freeing about turning painful memories from your past into lessons for your future – I want people to scream this song out and it be cathartic. It’s about coming together and shedding pain, turning it into positive energy and sharing the burden with each other.”

The song follows the previously released single “The Funeral,” the video of which featured the legendary Ozzy Osbourne. Both “Memories” and “The Funeral” are expected to appear on YUNGBLUD’s as-yet-untitled third album, which is expected to drop later this year.
