Andrew W.K. Reveals New Album For 2018

It’s almost been ten years since we’ve gotten a new album from Andrew W.K. His last proper album was 2009’s 55 Cadalic. The same year, he released Gundam Rock, a covers album only available in Japan. Now, W.K. is back and ready to give us new music.

Right now, the LP doesn’t have any art or even a title, but the rocker did share the release date: March 2, 2018, via Sony Music Worldwide. In a press statement, W.K. said “I’m going for the sound of pure, unadulterated power; every emotion, every thought, every experience, every sensation, every fear, every joy, every clarity, every confusion, every up, every down… all extruded and concentrated into one thick syrup of super life-force feeling, and then psychically amplified by the celebratory spirit of glorious partying.”

W.K. is going to keep the party going this year on his The Party Never Dies Tour, which kicked off last week. Check out all the dates here.
