Avril Lavigne Announces First North American Tour In Five Years

Avril Lavigne will embark on her first North American tour in five years.

The “Head Above Water” tour kicks off September 14th in Seattle, Washington and wraps up October 11th in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Tickets go on sale Friday, June 28th at 10 AM local time. Check out all the dates below.

$1 from each ticket will be donated to The Avril Lavigne Foundation, which supports people with Lyme Disease, serious illnesses, and disabilities. Through its programs and grants, it seeks to provide prevention resources, fund treatments, and accelerate research “in order to provide hope and transform lives.” Find out more about the foundation here.

Lavigne’s latest album, Head Above Water, came out earlier this year and marks her first release since she was diagnosed with Lyme’s disease in 2014.
