Code Orange’s Reba Meyers Release Debut Solo Single ‘Certain Uncertainty’
Reba Meyers, guitarist/vocalist for Code Orange, has unveiled her debut solo single “Certain Uncertainty.”
The song arrives with a music video directed by Better Lovers frontman Greg Puciato, which shows Meyers performing the song by the beach and while walking through the footage. It also includes footage of her as a little kid.
“I’m finding that I have the space only now in my life to have a bird’s eye view on my adolescence, and that perspective, and current time of growth made it the perfect moment to begin to release solo material,” Meyers said in a press release. “A moment I’ve been sure would eventually come, thought I never knew exactly how it would look.”
She added, “With that, I get to experience the rewarding and nerve-wracking process of allowing myself the platform to be a more vulnerable person, and to explore that natural foundation proudly outside of how I’ve maybe been portrayed.”
So far, there are no further details regarding Meyers’ solo album, but it’s expected to arrive this upcoming spring.

Back in August, Meyers joined Marilyn Manson‘s current live band, which also features Tyler Bates, Piggy D, and Gil Sharone.
“I’m proud to represent the growth, confidence, forgiveness, humanity, and change that comes with this, and to be up there with such talented motherfuckers,” she said of joining the controversial rocker’s band. “Everyone is aiming for growth and not stagnation. World needs that attitude right now.”
