Hot Milk Tease New Single ‘Where Does The Light Get In?’

Hot Milk have announced a brand new single, “Where Does the Light Get In?,” arriving this Friday, September 6th.

The band shared a 20-second clip of the song along with a video clip set in a church.

“The next song u hear from us was necessary for me in so many ways,” says singer Han Mee. “I don’t know if it belongs on an album. In fact the label didn’t really want us to bring out a song rn, I just really needed to. I’ve never had anything come out of me that has so embodied my pain so truly.”

The vocalist adds, “I am still goin thru it n lettin myself down some days, but this is at least a starting point into letting go and moving forward with love and appreciation for the past.”

Check it out below.

Sharing the teaser on their X account, the band wrote “After great pain we are never the same. We must exorcise the old us to begin again. The future of our band only reflects what emotions we have been witness to and the change in ourselves cannot be stopped nor should it be attempted. New music, would u like it?”

Hot Milk have booked shows in Europe and the UK for the fall. See all their dates here.
