Cradle Of Filth Share ‘White Hellebore’ Video
Ahead of the release of their new album, The Screaming of the Valkyries, Cradle of Filth have shared the video for new song “White Hellebore.”
In the clip, an unsavory mortician gets a little too familiar with the corpse of a Hollywood starlet with disastrous results. Frontman, Dani Filth calls the video a “necromantic mystic tryst that an overzealous morgue attendant encouters with terrifying results.”
Speaking about the song itself Filth says, “In context of this song, the ‘White Hellebore’ of the title is an alluring woman not too distant in danger from the predatory black widow, fostering both hope and despair.” He adds that the character is “A poison and an elixir…stunning to behold but ever deadly to taste.”
