Rage Against The Machine Announce New Dates For 2020 Tour

Earlier this week, Rage Against the Machine announced dates for their reunion tour with Run the Jewels. Now, the band has added additional shows in select cities due to overwhelming demand.

The band will now play additional shows in Minneapolis (5/12), Chicago (5/20), Detroit (7/15), Toronto (7/24), Washington, DC (8/5), and New York (8/13). The band has also announced a new plan to combat scalpers that finds the band “holding in reserve 10% of the seating (random seats throughout each venue) to sell at a higher ticket price (but low enough to undercut the scalpers). We will donate 100% OF THE MONEY over the base ticket price to charities and activist organizations IN EACH CITY.”

Before Rage Against the Machine embark on their headline tour in April, they’ll play shows in cities along or near the Mexican border, including El Paso, Texas; Las Cruses, New Mexico; and Glendale, Arizona. Afterward, they’ll appear at Coachella for their headlining set. Following their North American shows, they’ll head overseas in August and September.

Tickets go on sale Thursday, February 13th. All proceeds from the first three shows along the Mexican border will be donated to immigrant rights organizations, while a portion of the proceeds from other shows will be donated to charities throughout the year. Check out all the dates below.
