Béyonce and Others to Star In ‘Lion King’ Remake
The Queen Bee herself is announced as one of the cast members of a remake of the 1994 Disney classic ‘The Lion King’. The legendary singer will be playing Nala. Other fantastic cast members include Donald Glover as her pal Simba, James Earl Jones as Mufasa, John Kani as Rafiki and Billy Eichner and Seth Rogen as the legendary duo Timon and Pumbaa.
The movie is scheduled to be released in the summer of 2019, with John Favreau as director and with a musical score from Hans Zimmer.
