Blink-182 Officially Announce Long Awaited Album ‘ONE MORE TIME’

A year after blink-182 reunited and revealed new music on the horizon, the band have finally announced details for their highly anticipated new album dubbed ONE MORE TIME…

The 17-track album produced by Travis Barker, deals with “themes of tragedy, triumph, and most importantly, brotherhood,” according to a press release.

The album drops on October 20th via Columbia, with the title track coming this Thursday, September 21st.

blink-182 shared a teaser trailer for the album featuring snippets of three new songs and clips of their in-depth interview with Zane Lowe where they discuss everything from Mark Hoppus’ cancer diagnosis to Tom DeLonge leaving the band.

On the album, ‘One More Time’ is written about ‘why does it take these catastrophes like me being in a plane crash or Mark being sick for our band to get back together,’” Travis Barker says in the trailer.

Tom DeLonge added: “Coming out with these words, ‘One More Time,’ it’s like, ‘Hey, this is the last time we’re going to fuck this up.”

blink-182 will resume their reunion tour after postponing European dates to allow Barker to attend to his wife Kourtney Kardashian following an “urgent fetal surgery.”
