Dropkick Murphys And Rancid Announce Co-headlining Tour

Punk rock titans Dropkick Murphys and Rancid are teaming for a co-headlining tour this summer.

Originally set to take place last year, the “Boston to Berkeley II” tour launches August 10th in Waite Park, Minnesota and wraps up October 16th in Los Angeles, California. The Bronx will open most shows. Both bands will also play Aftershock and Riot Fest this year.

“Looking forward to hitting the road with the Dropkick Murphys again for the second edition of our Boston to Berkeley tour,” said Rancid’s Tim Armstrong in a press release. “Our good buddies The Bronx will be joining us on tour as well. See ya in the pit!”

Dropkick Murphys’ Ken Casey added, “Can’t wait to get back out there and kick the touring door open again. This is a great lineup and we are gonna take the country by storm.”

Tickets go in sale Friday, June 18th at 10 AM  local time. Check out all the dates below.

Rancid celebrates their 30th anniversary this year. Meanwhile, the Dropkick Murphys recently released their new album Turn Up That Dial.
