Franz Ferdinand Announce New Album ‘Always Ascending’

Scottish rockers Franz Ferdinand are back after a five-year break with new music. The band announced their fifth album, Always Ascending, which drops February 9. This marks their first release without guitarist Mike McCarthy who left the band in 2016.

Franz Ferdinand also announced a massive world tour, which kicks off December 4 in Seattle, WA and wraps up May 17 in Oakland, CA. During this trek, the band will tour the US and overseas. See all the dates below.
