From First To Last – Surrender

American post-hardcore band From First To Last surprised us with “Surrender” last week, the first track featuring Sonny Moore (better known as Skrillex!) since he left the band to work on his solo career. Seven months ago they started teasing the release on social media, and now it’s finally here, so get ready to channel your old 2006 self!

IDLES – Samaritans

British band IDLES takes on toxic masculinity with “SAMARITANS”, released earlier this week. Armed with a video filled with typical masculine images, the song sends a powerful message that’s important for this day and age. “Samaritans” will be featured on their upcoming album Joy As An Act Of Resistance, which will be out at the end of August!

Hands Like Houses – Overthinking

After quite the moment of silence, Australian rockers Hands Like Houses brought some news last week! Not only did they release “Overthinking”, but they also announced their upcoming album -Anon.! The brand new album will be released on October 12th and will feature ten tracks!

Our Mirage – Lost

German post-hardcore band Our Mirage released “Lost” this week, along with an impressive and almost dreamy video that features the band preform their song. Exciting times are coming for both the band and their fans, as their album Lifeline, drops in less than a month: August 24th! Keep an eye on Our Mirage, as the band only started in March 2017, and they already have quite the following!

Jason Mraz – More Than Friends (featuring Meghan Trainor)

Time to take that special friendship to the next level: Jason Mraz got together with Meghan Trainor for a wonderful, light and romantic duet about being more than friends. The singer encourages his Twitter-followers to share the song with that one friend they want to jump into the love-boat with! But even if you are already with someone, or if there’s no crush on a friend, “More Than Friends” is still a lovely song to enjoy!
