Green Day Share BBC Sessions Version Of ‘Basket Case’

Green Day have shared a live version of “Basket Case” from their 1994 BBC Session.

The track comes from the band’s upcoming album, The BBC Sessions, a collection of rare recordings from their Maida Vale sessions from 1994, 1995, 1998, and 2001.

Last week, they shared a live version of “2000 Light Years Away.” They plan to release a track every week in anticipation of the upcoming album.

Prior to the new live album, Green Day previously released a live rendition of the KISS classic “Rock And Roll All Nite” taken from their Hella Mega Tour. Though the North American leg is over, the band will embark on embark on the UK/European leg next summer.
