Katy Perry Sued By A Roadie Who Lost Toe During Her Show

The woman claims she didn’t get help when she injured her foot working at the Prismatic world tour in 2014. The injury eventually resulted in an amputation of her toe.

Christina Fish was asked to move a wall at PNC Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina on June 22, 2014. The wall got stuck and rolled over her foot, causing the injury.

Fish was offered ice for her bleeding foot, but no one would call an ambulance for her. In the end she had to ask a friend for a lift to the ER.

Her right toe became gangrenous and had to be eventually amputated. Fish has reportedly suffered “great emotional distress” because the doctors insisted she kept the dead toe on for as long as possible before removal.

Fish is suing Perry, Live Nation and and a number of stage production agencies. The amount she is asking for wasn’t revealed.
