Watch Green Day Perform “Still Breathing” on Corden’s Late Late Show

Green Day performed “Still Breathing” on James Corden’s Late Late Show six months ago, but the video of the performance wasn’t shared before today. We wish they’d have done a Carpool Karaoke episode instead – just imagine those three funny dudes sing Basket Case, Holiday, Jesus of Suburbia or, better yet, Fuck Time with Corden!

The performance of their current single was solid, but not our favorite. Since they also played “Bang, Bang” (which was aired a while ago), Billie Joe is still holding his guitar during “Still Breathing” which looks a bit awkward cause he doesn’t even play it. We prefer their performance at Stephen Colbert’s Late Show where he actually played the thing. “Still Breathing” was released in November last year, so why do they still promote that song? Don’t get us wrong, we really love it! It’s such an emotional song, especially when performed live, but it is kind of time for a new single, don’t you think? How about “Revolution Radio”? The song will hit airwaves on May 16, so let’s see some more performances of that one!
