Green Day Keeps Teasing Us With New ‘1972’ Clip

Green Day is still teasing their new project 1972. And the suspense is killing us.

The band recently shared a new clip featuring a collage of footage, including the logo of Billie Joe Armstrong’s defunct Adeline Records, graffiti, a studio and the band cruising around in a convertible car. No new information is shared in the video, but we do hear a snippet of a new song presumably from a new album or EP.

Watch the teaser below.

Are they teasing a new album? What’s the significance of 1972? Hopefully, we get some answers from Green Day soon.

Green Day will headline this year’s Firefly Music festival alongside Halsey, My Chemical Romance, and Dua Lipa. The band will also embark on the overseas leg of Hella Mega Tour this summer. Check out all their dates here.
