Muse Announce New Single ‘Compliance’

After sharing a Dune-inspired teaser, Muse have announced their new single “Compliance,” which will arrive Thursday, March 17th.

The band shared the news via a 28-second silent video which features the following message:

“Compliance is about the promise of safety and reassurance sold to us by powerful entities during times of vulnerability. Gangs, governments, demagogies, social media algorithms & religions seduce us with misleading untruths and comforting fables.”

Back in January, Muse returned with “Won’t Stand Down,” the first preview of their upcoming ninth album.

The band is set to play several festivals this summer, including Mad Cool Festival, Rock AM Ring, and Tempelhof Sounds. Check out their dates here.
