Pale Waves Share Romantic Music Video For ‘She’s My Religion’

Pale Waves have shared their romantic new video for “She’s My Religion.”

The clip, directed by Jess Kohl, stars frontwoman Heather Baron-Gracie and her life partner Kelsi Luck. They share candid, intimate moments together highlighting the song’s lyrics about falling in love and spending time with the most you most adore.

“I wanted to give my fans a song to find themselves in,” said Baron-Gracie about the new video. “I wish I had a song like this when I was a young girl trying to find herself in the world.” Baron-Gracie also said she wrote the song as an expression of her sexuality.

Previously, Pale Waves shared their new single “Change.” “She’s My Religion” and “Change” will be featured on their upcoming album, Who Am I? The album acts as the Pale Waves manifesto, inspiring inclusivity, self-discovery, and the notion of being whoever the hell you want to be. On the making of the album, Baron-Gracie says “for me, music and art is for people not to feel so alone and isolated. I want to be that person my fans look up to and find comfort in.”

Who Am I? the highly anticipated follow up to 2018’s My Mind Makes Noises, comes out February 12th, 2021 via Dirty Hit. Pre-order a copy here.
