Stranger Things’ Gaten Matarazzo Kicks Off 2018 With a Paramore and Fall Out Boy Cover

Stranger Things, and more specifically the release of its second season, might be one of the best things to have come out of 2017. But actor Gaten Matarazzo, who plays the charming curly-haired Dustin on the Netflix original series, takes things further into the new year as well as he performed not one, but two covers of two pop-punk bands we all know and love.

His first performance is of the American female-fronted poppunk band Paramore, who have released their latest album After Laughter in 2017. Matarazzo and his band Work In Progress chose to cover an older classic from 2007’s album Riot! Watch his performance of Paramore’s ‘Misery Business’ below!

On top of that, the band also performed a cover of Fall Out Boy’s ‘Sugar, We’re Going Down’. Fall Out Boy are releasing their newest record Mania on January 19th 2018. You go Gaten, we are now an even bigger fan of you and Stranger Things!

You can watch Stranger Things on Netflix, available worldwide.
