Jane’s Addiction share “Imminent Redemption,” First Single from Classic Lineup in 34 Years
Jane’s Addiction have released their new song “Imminent Redemption.” This marks their first new music with the original lineup of Perry Farrell, Dave Navarro, Stephen Perkins, and Eric Avery, in over three decades.
“It is different this time. To have everyone back together, releasing new music,” the band says of the song. “It’s time. Welcome to the next chapter of Jane’s Addiction. Imminent Redemption is only the beginning.”

Bill Crook, former Spiritbox bassist, dies
Bill Crook, the former bassist for Spiritbox, has died.
Kai Turmann, a friend and fellow musician announced Crook’s passing via Instagram saying:
“I’m so profoundly sad to say that our dear friend Bill Crook has passed away. He was a friend to so many, and a dear friend to me since we were children. Bill was, and is, loved by so many people and I’m so incredibly sorry to have to share this devastating information with you.”
Spiritbox’s record label Pale Chord Music also confirmed the news: “Please give the band and members time and space to process their loss. RIP Bill.”
Crook was a member of the band from 2018 to 2022. He departed the band in May 2022 and was replaced by former As I Lay Dying member Josh Gilbert.

Cane Hill release new song, announce first new album in six years
Cane Hill is back! The band have shared their new song, “Fade,” taken from their upcoming album, a piece of me i never let you find. The band’s first full-length album drops October 25th via Out Of Line Music.
Speaking about the new song frontman Elijah Witt said “I wrote this song while I was madly in love with someone. We’re strangers now, but I don’t think this song would’ve came out the same had we never met — music can be so beautifully ironic. here’s 2 u xox.”

Serj Tankian shares new single ‘Justice Will Shine On’
System of a Down frontman Serj Tankian has shared his new single “Justice Will Shine On” from his upcoming EP, Foundations.
The song follows the previously released “A.F. Day” and deals with the real-life terror of the Armenian Genocide. He sings: “Can you tell me dear grandfather of your childhood so far away/ You can see the death of laughter in his teared eyes disarray/ Can you tell me dear grandmother of your childhood from hunger and pain/ Of the orphans you called brothers in her teared eyes disarray.”
Additionally, Tankian has revealed the release date (September 27th via Gibson Records) and artwork for the EP, which is one of Tankian’s own paintings titled “Sunburst.”

Tours on sale
