Paramore Unveil New Song ‘C’est Comme Ça’
After previously sharing a teaser earlier this week, Paramore have shared their new single “C’est Comme Ça.”
The song, which translates to “It’s Like That” finds Hayley Williams channeling Talking Heads as she talks about having aged “100 years” in a spoken-word style.
Speaking to Zane Lowe during an Apple Music interview, Williams described the new song as “This really great treat. We had a really good time getting back into a little bit of dance punk vibes. I had been listening to a lot of Dry Cleaning and Yard Act and just artists that talk a lot over great, cool, music. So I guess I was just feeling poetic and feeling a bit critical of myself and fused all that stuff.”
