Creeper Release Striking and Emotional New Video For Midnight Ahead of Download Headline Set - Flick Of The Finger

After a week of announcements as part of their 7 Days of Trees series, 2000trees have confirmed seven new acts added to the bill, which includes Southampton punks Creeper. Other new additions include The Regrettes, GLOO, Calva Louise, Strange Bones, and Sick Joy.

This marks the fourth time Creeper have played the event. This time they’ll play the main stage before headliners Jimmy Eat World.

“2000 Trees gave Creeper one of our first festival experiences and they’ve believed in us ever since,” frontman Will Gould told NME, before describing the event as “an absolute mates-fest.”

“The new songs have allowed a much more dynamic, exciting and elaborate live show,” he continued. “There’s a real glam rock stomp to what we’re doing at the moment, which is where Creeper is at its best.”

2oootrees takes place from July 7th – 9th at Upcote Farm in Cheltenham. Get tickets here.

Ministry shares new video ‘Sabotage is Sex!’ featuring Jello Biafra

Ministry have released their new music video for “Sabotage is Sex!” featuring the iconic Dead Kennedys frontman, Jello Biafra. This marks the first time Biafra has ever appeared in an official music video.

“Jello and I have been friends and music collaborators for decades,” Jourgensen remarked in a press release. “I had no idea he’d never done a video before and I’m honored to pop that creative cherry for him on ‘Sabotage Is Sex.’ It’s crazy how tech savvy we’ve all gotten yet somehow it all seems very punk rock to shoot a video at home with just an iPhone. Who knows, maybe one day there will be a Lard video?”

Added Biafra: “My compliments to the chef!! Not like any other Ministry video either. It’s amazing what can be done dirt cheap in your bedroom, with some kool found footage and a few clever ideas. Two phones, two takes and my work is done. Fun! I knew there’d finally come a day where I could bust out those Fez hats kids stole from their parents, and threw at Dead Kennedys on our ‘85 FrankenChrist tour.”
